Discount Cards
CSUSB's employees can obtain discount cards for several recreational facilities such as Magic Mountain, Sea World, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Wild Rivers, Pharaohs, Fountain of Youth Spa, etc. You can obtain a Discount Card Package in the Human Resources Department, SH-110.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
CSUSB's employees have access to free, confidential counseling and referral service to help resolve personal problems, such as work issues, wellness services, substance abuse and recovery, legal assistance, and financial planning.

Employee Emergency Fund Program
The university has established an Emergency Fund to provide assistance for employees who encounter unforeseen expenses due to the significant funding reductions which affected employee incomes for fiscal year 2009/2010.

Employee Recognition Programs
The university has created programs to recognize the outstanding contributions of staff and administrators. Awards include the President's Outstanding Employee Award, President's Special Achievement Award, President's Team Achievement Award and the Divisional Distinguished Service Award.

Fee Waivers
The Fee Waiver Program entitles eligible employees (and in some cases their spouse or dependent child) to enroll in courses at any CSU campus and have fees waived or reduced to $1.

Rideshare brochure
CSUSB's Rideshare Program encourages employees to use alternative methods of transportation in an effort to reduce smog and improve air quality. This program is coordinated by the Commuter Services Department.
